Last week Steve sent Chris over to install their window tint film on my East, South, and Western windows in my home in Salem. The task was very quickly completed with no mess or disruption by Chris. I won’t go into all the technical side but Steve did thoroughly explain several options which addressed all his options. The pricing was reasonable and we are thrilled with the visual and climate results. We highly recommend his company and services.

They did not even acknowledge my email. Granted, it was a decorative vinyl I was asking about; they listed such as a service they provide. But, then, I was going to get my windows tinted. They just never even responded. Wow..

Today, I had the pleasure of having professional window tint technicians "Keegan" and "Chris" from Clear Defense visit my home and install Vista Window Film by LLumar. The technicians were both on-time, in professional Clear Defense attire and were kind, courteous and professional. I had window tint installed on 12 windows in my condo in downtown Roanoke for all windows facing East and West. This is the first time since I have owned my condo that I have been able to pull back my blackout window curtains on the West side of my home without being baked in the HOT afternoon sunlight. About 85% of the harmful UV and thermal rays are now bounced from the high-quality Vista Window Film that has a mirrored finish. It is cooler in my home, my AC is not having to work as hard, thereby extending its life and the window film itself is practically maintenance free. Very detailed written instructions along with a Window Film Warranty was left with me at the conclusion of the installation. As for the costs.....they were 50% less in Roanoke compared to what I paid for window tint on my Florida home for the approximate same square footage of coverage. It was a pleasure to work with "Steve" the o

5 stars all the way!!! I bought a house, that has huge Anderson picture windows that just let the sun come in and eat me up. Steve Barker, the owner, returned my call quickly, made an appointment within days, showed me options, and installed within a week AND GUARANTEES HIS PRODUCT!! He is very kind and caring...He had to bring scaffolding to access the 6 windows at the vaulted ceiling roof line. He offered to let us keep the scaffolding so that the painter wouldn't have to set his up...We used it for over a week! There are not many people who would do that!!! Even the electrician used it. Thank you soooo much for your kindness during an unbelievable stressful time with the many contractors I had in the house, some of which made my world a living nightmare!!
